Incompetence and lack of care! No sense of urgency whatsoever!

I'm yet to experience good service especially when it comes to the delivery of goods. This is the worst experience ever. I ordered building materials after having been disappointed by two other companies. I explained my predicament and they promised to deliver the following day. That was on the 24th of September and today I received a message telling Mt that they've only now forwarded my order to the delivery partner to be delivered in 3 to 6 days. When I called them yesterday they committed to deliver today. The impact of thus incompetence of these suppliers is crippling the home owner and other construction companies who have to pay the contractors standing time. I'm lost for words cause Builders Warehouse it no different.
