I had the honour and privilege of being dazzled by excellent service from Alinah Makoko. I'm in the process of upgrading my house lights to smart technology, and as clueless as I was at first, I left the store a well educated somebody. Alinah was patient, educative and understanding throughout the what started off as a naive question. Her product knowledge is impressive, she out did both gentlemen I interacted with prior to her modest introduction "don't mind me I'm on training" meanwhile rescuing the poor dude from a dismissal customer interaction.
