I'm not happy @ all with how they do business

I ordered a 4 plate gas stove it was supposed to come with fittings from Leroy Merlin SA. The order was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of Feb but still not delivered yet. I tried calling them they are taking me from pillar to post . order no ***-A.

They sent me a message with a tracking number last week Monday that my order will be delivered but still nothing . I need a refund because they failed to deliver

Please help with getting my money back and warn people about the kind of treatment we receive from them
