We purchased goods from Leroy Merlin online and never received any invoice or proof of purchase, as is required by South African Law. We requested this via email on the 20th of December and was told that it was forwarded to the relative department.
Various requests subsequently, and we still have not received this tax invoice. As a business, we cannot claim the VAT on this transaction, and as a a business YOU are breaking the law.
We requested a tax invoice in the business name and supp**** our VAT number
