I want to return this product asap, please

I bought two light bulbs cameras, they don't work. they drop the connection to wifi all the time. `i've been trying to log a return but it requires that I upload the photos of the products, BUT, the system doesn't allow the uploads. this means i can't process my return and refund and calling their call centre doesn't work. they don't answer of return calls. i also emailed customer services and orders today, still no response
