And guess what.......a week later and still NO RESPONSE after promising me that they will look into my complaint !!!!!!!!!!! CAN SERVICE BE WORSE ?????????????????????? When Will I Get An ANSWER ??????????????????????????????? You have my money and the product. I want replacement immediately

03 Feb 2023, 16:19When a company does not respond to a complaint in the first place and when they eventually do, they phone me and waste my time by putting me on hold while they try to get hold of someone then cut the call!!!!!!!! When they eventually get hold of this person, put me thru and then this man asks me for a refence number ?????????????????????????? YOU PHONE ME. I AM IN MY CAR and I have to give YOU DETAILS OF YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE????????????????????????
