I want my order not the refund because they still have stock of what I’ve ordered…
I bought the rugs on online while they were on sale,waited for the delivery on the day they said I’ll receive my order but they didn’t deliver.i send them an email asking about my order And then I received an email indicating that my order will be delivered to the store. I then received another email indicating that my order is cancelled due to no stock. But then items are in stock still online back to normal price. And they want to refund me instead of giving me my order. I bought those rugs because I really need them…now they don’t want to give me my order, i bought on time while was on sale it’s their mistake for not delivering my order on time. I have proof💔

21 Dec 2024, 18:28They didn’t give me m order instead they refunded me, I could have bought the rugs at store if they had told me on time that they don’t have stock, now i don’t have the rugs and the sale is over, I HATE LEROY MERLIN for what they did to me and I’m not gonna buy there again and I’ll make sure my family members don’t buy there as well. I’m going to throw their loyalty card away my husband has. 😡💔
