I want my chairs

All that I want are my two missing chairs from these ****mers or they must pay me back as they failed me. I bought chairs from Leroy Merlins SA via their marketplace ( Payflex) in June 2024. My order number is ***, fully paid. Never checked upon receiving the box, I guess I over trusted them and thought they were reputable. Suprise surprise when I decided to open the box end October/ beginning November, the box only had 1pair of chairs instead of 2 pairs as per my purchases. The box outside was written 60 pieces, but I got 30 pieces. Decided to take the matter up with marketplace (Payflex) beginning November and they told me to take it up with the seller. I did that, was given a ref number ***. we are in December, I am not getting any joy from the marketplace, every time I am told the matter was escalated and no respond from Leroy Merlin till today. The lady assisting me from marketplace by the name of Nompumelelo advised on 28/11/2024 that she will take the matter up with her supervisor who was in a meeting when I called and guess what, I am still waiting. Only if they knew the power of social media, I am now gatvol and the fight is on.
