HUGE COMPLAINT
I am deeply disappointed by the extreme poor service we are receiving from Le Roy Merlin. On 24 April we ordered a 5000l JOJO tank to be delivered. Nothing has been delivered up to date. When we call we are promised delivery tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. Please help so that we can get our order delivered and the work completed as a matter of urgency. People are without water and the staff just take the calls give references and make false promises.
