"How to ...." plans going wrong !

I have in recent months booked 3 "How to ....." courses with Leroy Merlin as advertised on their website & Facebook. For the first 2 courses the facilitators arrived really quite late with respect to the advertised starting time. Added to this, they were unprepared with the course materials. The 3rd course did not even take place as the facilitator was not informed of any participants. Come on guys !!! For a European based hardware store, this really does not look good.
