Horrible service, poor quality product and lack of customer feedback.

I visited your store on Sunday at 2pm for the first time and spent.

I am writing this email to share my overall disappointment in: 1. The quality of products sold 2. The availability of stock on the floor 3. Assistance provided by staff

Details: 1. We purchased cupboards and drawers which can be assembled at home, however all drawers sold were found to have flaws / defects on them. • The initial holes drilled for the drawer rail fixations are all too big • The connecting fitting holes for the rastex 15 hettich are just not deep enough for the drawers every rear panel on all 5 drawers. as a result it looks horrible once installed and is clearly a manufacturing flaw.

I am unable to dismantle the unit and bring it to the store and will not be inconveniencing myself to come into your store for a factory fault on your product which should have been picked up by the manufacturer.

2. There is a clear shortage of stock at the store. We were searching for outdoor up and down lights, and number 26 was displayed on your lighting floor but no stock on shelves. we called out for someone to help us, but all staff were either on lunch or not available. Staff appeared distracted by their phones and were not present in the sections they responsible for. We walked the floor 3 times, and spent more than an hour at the board section as the staff member was unable to confirm Stock availability and explain the products well. There was no assistance at the lighting, gardening and home sections. I personally won’t visit the store again if this continues. I emailed the customer service line only to get the response: “Please let us know which store we will raise it with the store” What about my defective products and the images I sent of the boards?
