HORRIBLE SERVICE DELIVERY - LEROY LITTLR FALLS!

They sell very nice things but their logistics department is nonsense! I bought Windows in June and it is the end of August and I still havent received my entire order. The managers lie! Karabo, one of the manager at The Little falls Branch **** to me twice regarding my order. At first it was a lame story about how the suppliers truck who was bringing my windows was hijacked and he had me wait. I waited and they delivered only at the beginning of August. The order was not complete upon delivery and some of the windows were broken. When they had to have the broken windows replaced after numerous calls that go unanswered and trips to the store he told me that the order is with the delivery team Nucleus, I asked for a tracking number and it wasnt available. I asked time and again and he said he was following up with them. I decided to call someone else in store who told me they are still waiting on the supplier for the windows! Like the store is horrible! buy for them if you plan on using your items maybe 6 months later! they pride themselves with nationwide delivery when their service it legit below even a 1 star rating!
