Horrible service delivery

Leroy Merlin Little Falls has got to be the worst retail store that I have ever dealt with. I have ordered building material for delivery on five occasions and each of the five times they delivered a day or 2 later than promised. This last order was done on 07/12/2020 with delivery promised on the 12/12/2020. Half the items ordered were delivered on the 13/12/2020 afternoon, the rest was promised on the 14/12/2020 - not surprisingly it never arrived, even on the 15/12/2020. Every time you phone to speak to someone they say the truck is on the way (If you are lucky to get through) Looks like they only employ *********** people!
