Horrible service completely ruined 50th birthday

Order at your own risk. Attractive prices not worth the headache of trying to get your items delivered.

I placed an order 10 business days ago. I see it is still being processed despite the order confirmation stating 7 to 10 days for delivery. I have had no correspondence from the company about the order or it’s progress. Horrible service. Ruined a 50th birthday party too.
