Horrible service

I placed an online order on the 30th July 2020,paid and everything, when I check under my orders 5 days later, nothing reflected. I then made a call to them and they placed my order manually on the 4th August 2020. To this day, I have not received anything, every time I call them I am told about the delivery truck that has already been loaded and my order not making it on the days' load. 25 days later and my order cannot seem to make it to the delivery truck
