Horrible service

I bought a gazebo from Leroy Merlin about 15 months ago. The cover was badly damaged by a hailstorm. Whereas they have cover replacements for all other gazebos they do not have one for mine. They asked me to buy another one at almost R9000 instead.

They have refused to contact their supplier to deliver just the cover. I asked for details to contact their supplier to handle it myself which was again rejected. They regard this case as closed. I can only warn anybody to buy any gazebo from this company unless cover replacement are available. I have spent tens of thousands of Rand at this company. It can be no surprise that I will never go there again.
