Horrible Online delivery service

Online delivery service is up to ****. I placed an order, a week later I got my delivery but only one of my items was delivered, the big problem is to get hold of someone, the line rings forever and the follow up after service was terrible. I had to follow up constantly, I asked that my query be switched to a different agent that could do the work properly, I even requested it to be esculated. The service is really horrible for online clients, and I will not be buying online again.
