HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish you had the option to give - stars... Absolute horrible service. We have been trying to buy a stable door from LeRoy Merlin for more that 2 weeks. They have one in the store but if you buy in store the price is more than double! If I try to buy online it says that there is no such door in the whole of South Africa... NO STOCK AVAILABLE! My husband have communicated with the store and all they say is they are working on fixing the problem, and we must try in a couple of minutes. Guess what?! It is now more than 2 weeks. One lady suggested that we drive all the way to Silverton, Pretoria and buy it from their supplier, because it is not her problem if we get the door or not. I am extremely frustrated with them, and now they do not even answer our phone calls..
