Horrible delivery service LEROY MERLIN HORRRIBLE
Disgusting delivery service,I ordered a vacuum cleaner on the black Friday special 30 November 2025,delivery date was 3 Dec, then moved to 5 December. Their horrible courier service lies that they've been calling me ,when I call the office no one can give a clear answer why my parcel is not delivered. I was in the process of moving had to provide them my new address which is 17 minutes from previous location even today my parcel is not delivered, Spoke to Nosipho this morning she promised my parcel will be delivered as usual I knew they were lying, 10 days for a order that's being delivered within the same area as the store I purchased from???? I'm so disappointed... I bought this item as a gift for my mom and now I'm stuck waiting for it to be delivered before I can travel home for the holidays ...for such a big and reputable brand we expect better but I guess all they care about is the money not their customers
