Horrible Customer Service
So once again (3rd Time) after a hellopeter review I get convinced that thy would change and as soon as I decide to go there they disappoint again. Spent an hour in the shop again today and walked out with nothing. I have been the on 3 different occasions to buy a 6m length wood to be cut in to 1.5m lengths. Now today I get told that they do not do this? So what has changed in the last week? Thank you to the Manager Bafana Dlamini. For absolutely no service and this great news after an hour in your store with no assistance.

08 Feb 2023, 11:22Same old message and hope to do better in future. Been at builders 3 time since this post and had great service and I will advise everyone I know to do so. Because you always say you hope to do better but never do. That branch will never get better because everyone has a bad attitude including the manager Bafana.
