Highly unprofessional, incorrect orders and no refunds!

Terrible communication. I ordered a pair of trestles in early Dec 2019. I only received the package in mid Jan, but half the package which was below par on quality. Me thinking, paying more would suffice. After weeks of trying to get a return order, they finally pick it up on beginning Feb. Still to this day, I have not received any refund. They don't respond to emails and the only person contact is via WhatsApp saying, "I thought u received the refunds.. Will check now". Then no response till I follow up and then just gives me another WhatsApp number to contact. Absolutely appaling. Highly disgruntled.
