Highly frustrated

I bought the wrong basin on Leroy Merlin online, I have been contacting them for the last 3 weeks to collect the basin and everytime I call, they are telling me that it’s a third party, I am not receiving any response regarding the basin being collected and this is frustrating because I still went to go buy the proper basin but now I am sitting with this basin with no feedback regarding my refund. Their communication is poor . LM-***
