Heard from construction ppl that Leroy Merlin are getting a bad name in the industry of being slack - its true.

21 Aug 2019 Got quote on double glazing doors for my house. Gave the go-ahead. Over R20K order.

12 Sept 2019. I called but no phones were answered - sent sms' to Jaco to find out why there is no feedback on my order.

01 Oct 2019 Called again, was told doors had arrived and are standing in warehouse, Still no delivery to me.

Another week... Finally, doors arrived, and I pay guys to install. Then I find out that the keys that are taped to the door handle are not the correct ones, and I cannot lock my newly fitted doors.

Called the call centre numerous times to get someone at Greenstone to call me back, No one calls me back.

13 Nov 2019 - I called again and find out that Jaco had left that store. I repeated the whole story to the new lady. who asked me to send photos of the key and lock. Promised to get back to me ASAP.

28 Nov 2019 - Called again, and lady was surprised no-one had been in touch. She asked for my email address. No response since then.

It is now 14 January 2020 and there is most definitely no interest in solving this issue. 5 MONTHS - THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL "BRILLIANT" OVER SALES SERVICE ;((((
