Has Leroy Merlin ****** my tiles as I have not received my refund in three months?
Isn't it crazy that when you buy an item from a store you pay immediately, but when you return the item for a refund you are ignored for three months and do not receive the refund you were promised? After over thirty one-on-one discussions and telephone calls to the Leroy Merlin Greenstone store and interactions with the staff involved, as well as a string of ignored emails, I am yet to receive my refund on 200 sqm of tiles that were collected from my home, by the store, in early May. I have picture evidence of the collection.

So they offered to return the returned tiles back to me! And the other offer is to keep 50% of my money! All after I was assured of a 100% refund before they collected the tiles from my home. The collection waybill notes 3 boxes with broken tiles, of the 93 boxes collected. This equates to 3% of the 200 sqm of tiles! Other major tile stores are retaining up to a maximum of 10% for handling and repackaging, why does Leroy Merlin want to keep 50% of my purchase invoice? Can this possibly even be legal? Is it time to take this to Social Media?
So they offered to return the returned tiles back to me! And the other offer is to keep 50% of my money! All after I was assured of a 100% refund before they collected the tiles from my home.
