Half a lamp

I ordered a floor lamp. When it was delivered the lamp fittings were not delivered. I aske for them to be sent. Today's I've had 2 different responses 1 the lamp fittings would be sent, 2 the lamp fittings did not form part of the lamp. I can't get a resolution on this. I have half of a lovely fitting. I'd like the rest please. I've spoken to Jeanette and Moses.
