Greenstone Leroy Merlin

On Sunday morning the 28th of November I ordered 20 pvc profiles in your Greenstone store and paid a 50% deposit. I was promised collection by Wednesday this week. I made two calls yesterday, one in the morning and a lady promised to call me back within 30 minutes, of course she never called back. Another call in the afternoon and a gentleman by the name of AB also promised to follow up and call me back. Why am I surprised that he didn't bother to call back, very pathetic customer service. I went to the branch this Friday morning and asked for a Manager and was passed off to a "customer experience agent" only to receive another bad experience. I waited for 35 mins for her to try and resolve the problem, although their website says there is 24 of the items in store no-one can find them.. left again with no luck. Certainly not jacked up on customer service.
