Greenstone branch once again failing on service
Why is the Greenstone branch a shambles wrt service? Saturday morning and the checkout queue is around the corner all the way to the Kitchen section! Ridiculous. Totally different experience to Boksburg

05 Sept 2020, 23:13Hi, I agree all the tills eventually were open. However they only opened up AFTER the line started to extend to the bathroom section. Knowing the store layout, that's almost to the opposite side of store. This resulted in people standing on top of each other and that is not in line with social distancing.
Further when I walked into the store, the line was already at the entrance, therefore it took at least half an hour and more to remedy.
You will agree that personal time on a weekend is limited and it cannot be wasted unnecessarily.
