Great service and helpful staff

On 10/06/2026 My elderly mother & I received the worst service and treatment ever at a major competitor store less than 1 kilometer away from Alberton's new Leroy Merlin store. After walking out we went to Leroy Merlin Alberton and found the exact same product (that cost less). After searching for it ourselves we were assisted by one of the staff that took us straight to where we needed to be. This guy really went beyond my expectations to assist and I would like to commend him as well as the teller lady. I am not one to complain (especially on social media) unless the experience left a real bitter taste in my mouth. But I do believe in giving praise where it is due and I commend Leroy Merlin for my experience today. Its only a pity that I did not get the names of the staff that were so good today. Please keep up the good work so that I can never regret this compliment.
