GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - LEROY MERLIN BOKSBURG
I think it's time to compliment a lady by the name of Charlene Renken at Leroy Merlin (Boksburg Branch)!. I have never dealt with anyone that is so professional when it comes to customer service. I've dealt with her several times. She is always willing to go the extra mile and follows up whenever I have a complaint. (I'm NOT one of the easiest customers to work with and my filter is ANOTHER STORY!!!!!) She has always been VERY patient and understanding with me. I wish I can get someone like her for my company - Customer service will definitely improve! Please look after this lady - she is an asset for your company. I love the vibes and music over the weekend and don't forget the Cashiers! They are always SOOO positive and friendly - That can put anyone in a good mood for the rest of the day!!!👍
