Great Customer Service

I recently bought fence panels from Leroy Merlin and needed additional panels. Visited on Saturday and they did not have stock. I asked when they would get additional stock in. My name and contact details were taken and I was told that I would be contacted when the stock arrived. I was barely 10 minutes away when I got a call to say that stock had been ordered and would be received either on Saturday or Sunday. On Sunday afternoon I got a call to say that the stock had arrived, I said I would try and come through on Monday. I could net get to the store on Monday and on the way home from work, I received another call to say that stock was running low. I arranged to be at the store at 7:00 on Tuesday when they open (which is awesome). When I got there on Tuesday morning, the fence panels were stacked onto a cart tucked away behind a pillar as arranged. Great customer service Leroy Merlin, the other retailers in your segment better beware.
