Goodbye Leroy Merlin
A SHOCKING experience from Leroy Merlin. I placed an order from the Greenstone store on 23 August 2026. It was only collected by the courier today (11 September) & is scheduled to be delivered to me on Wednesday 16 September........FIVE DAYS after collection and I live in Johannesburg!!!! I have had ZERO communication from Leroy Merlin about the delay in releasing the order despite 2 phone calls & an online inquiry. They are very quick to give you a "ticket number" but no response to your query. After 4 calls to the courier company (MTExpress), I have been informed that Leroy Merlin chose the "economy" delivery option. 5 days from Edenvale to Craighall........I could have WALKED faster!!! SHOCKING SERVICE LEROY MERLIN! You have seen the last of my business.
