Getting worst service from Leroy ever time I Order

Iam quite disappointed with the delivery company that Leroy Merlin uses . They use to use DSV never had a problem with it now they is a company called nucleus I got a message to say that the order is out on delivery waited the whole day nothing and the called the following day saying my address says Cape Town when it clearly states Gauteng Fourways and they won’t deliver this is not the first time nor second time the services keep on getting bad . Leroy Merlin once gave me a 10%discount for cancelling my online order . I ordered again online with the same 10% the order was still cancelled due to stock from fourways. The 10%never got back.what is going on ? Can I just have one order delivered peacefully. This is surely the last order
