Gate motor

I brought the Centurion Gate Motor in January 2023 the gate motor only worked for only 2 months and i recently took it back because it started costing me as i was being charged call out fees to come fix it. I recently took it back on the 29th of April because i dont want it anymore.i drove back again on tuesday because i removed the entire thing a lady by lerato if i remember well called at centurion and said the technician will only fetch the machine to test it on Wednesday.i need feedback on what is going on because i need to get a new gate motor as soon as possible
