First and Last time using Leroy Merlin

I figured I'd give Leroy Merlin a chance as I saw some batteries on sale at ther online store which I purchased, but a bit later I got a notification that I purchased something else. No worries I thought, but I logged a ticket just to make sure there's no error. I however got no response for a few days. I then had to call back in to speak with an agent, who stated they'd get back to me (which they never did).

A 3rd party seller then contacted me stating that they had an item listing error and I'd be refunded and blamed the system.

I got my money back, but not after a lot of wasted effort chasing up leroy merlin. Also looking at their T's and C's w.r.t. returns, I'd rather give my money to one of the many other online retailers.

Lerory merlin has now updated their listing which is probably the most expensive I've seen for this item online.
