False stock levels on website, no delivery and no refund. Bunch of *******.

Don't buy from this company.

I placed an order for items which were all in stock on the 1 October. Delivery was to be on 6 October. Only after the delivery date had passed and I phoned them was I informed the items were NOT in stock and that it was on order from the supplier. They could not provide me with a new delivery date until a week later (new delivery date 5 November). I cancelled the order on 12 October and was told a refund would take 7-10 days. I worked in the finance industry and refunds don't take 7-10 days to process! I received an email on 24 October stating that the refund was only processed on 24 October and I would only get my money back in 7-10 days. The order was cancelled immediately yet they failed to process the refund request along with the cancellation.

If the refund does take another 7-10 days to reflect, that means these ******* would have had MY money for more than a month. This is utterly pathetic service.

I advise everyone to stay away from this company at all costs.
