false Marketing
bad experience of false marketing, i purchased a bath tub that came with missing handles/prop and a bath waist as is on picture, if i new i could had opted for a cheaper one, i bought a Thandi bathtub for R2419 including delivery, the delivery took more than a week and they didn't even call before delivery and they don't care who signs for it. now i am calling them every day hoping they deliver the handles for the bathtub or just refund me so i can start using another hardware store.

18 Dec 2025, 08:59still no call or any real feed back besides the copy and paste massage that is automatically sent to every one, things that we buy at a hardware stores is usually an urgent project and delays causes money , i recommend leroy changes delivery company since every one is complaining about it, i bought item 5 December hoping to fit as soon as possible, please prioritize customers
