False information online on item availability
Ordered a Kalahari Shade Sail online (the items mentioned "3 items left"), but then I get an email saying item is "on hold" due to items being sold out.

22 Jan 2020, 21:21 After responding thew same evening, Lourens at Leroy Merlin called me on Monday morning to apologize for the inconvenience and undertook to try to rectify. They managed to locate stock and the item was delivered this afternoon (Wednesday). Thank you Lourens.
