False delivery dates advertised
I placed an order on 26 June 2022 with a delivery date of 29 June 2022, still, today when I call, nothing has been done about the order, and now I am being told 5 July 2022 because the order did not reach the dispatch team, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have sent lots of emails to various emails listed on the website from 28 June 2022 enquiring about the delivery status but no one even bothers to respond, they just lie and say we'll respond within a few hours. What ****es me off is all the items still reflect being in stock and still no delivery.
NO COMMUNICATION, NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS, AND NO MANAGER CONTACT DETAILS TO RESOLVE ISSUES.
