False Advertising and appalling service

False advertising and appalling service. We bought a 5 5kVa Esener inverter online. 1st the delivery was days late 2nd they send it somewhere in the Freestate, we are in Pretoria. 3rd Since it was so late, we did not double check, and install it at customer's house, only later it was realised it is a 5.2kVa and NOT a 5.5kVa, the box cleary states 5.5kVa 4th. Only then we were informed they don't produce the 5.5kVa anymore (again the box shows 5.5kVa) 5th. Then we were promised a refund and a email, that good news, we are busy refunding you, nothing has been received in account yet. 6th. They have not even taken this of their website, if you search Esener 5..kVa inverter, they are still advertising it, as such. We have spend a lot of money in store and online at Leroy Merlin, I would now, rather pay a bit more and spend my business's money elsewhere.
