False Advertising

I purchased several items online as they reported "In stock". I waited 2 weeks for my order but it never arrived. I followed up with them only to find out that they didn't have some items in stock. I would've waited for how ever long if I hadn't called them. When they asked for a review they sent me an email saying this, "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!"
