False advertising

False Online advertising. See emails sent and responses received. Totally unacceptable.

That is a form of false advertising. You should update your website accordingly and not give customer’s the impression that the promo is still valid.

Kindly note that the promotion has ended, I believe on the website it still come up as a promo but the price will change once you processed to payment, the chair comes assembled and the the with regards to the return policy each Marketplace seller has a unique returns policy.
