False advertising?

Online shopping experience was terrible!

I bought a fireplace online which was on special in December. The advert online stated that the size of the fireplace was 60cm(depth)x87cm(height)x67cm(width) However the item I received was much smaller and not at all what I ordered. I tried to contact Leroy Merlin with the email adres that was provided on the order confirmation but I have till date not received anything back from them.
