False advertising

I placed an order online for a Lalela UPS on Monday 10/10/2022, the UPS was supposed to be delivered 13/10/222. when I enquire today I was told the UPS has been out of stock for Months and weeks. When I question them via email why my order went through if they were out of stock , no response when their system showed that there was stock at Branch.
