I had a great experience with the facebook team of Leroy Melrin South Africa, after countless times contacting the store directly their department on facebook helped sort out an issue that I have tried to sort out for more than a month within a few days, I would highly recommend their staff on the facebook platform as a way of getting quick and effective communications.
