Extremely poor/no service from Leroy Merlin online
Order nr #***: I ordered 3 solar lamps online from Leroy Merlin on 8 October 2024, and delivery was (and still is!!!) scheduled for 14 October 2024. I did not receive the order, the status says 'assigned'. Despite 2 emails and 2 phone calls to agents, nothing has been resolved and I have to date received NO feedback from anyone, despite their promises.
