Extremely poor service - Never again!!

Extremely poor service received from Leroy Merlin Greenstone. Order placed on Monday with delivery planned for Wednesday. After numerous calls (holding for 20 min at a time) they assured me delivery will take place on Wednesday. Only to receive a call later the day stating they have no stock. We had numerous calls throughout the day advising that the truck is arranged.. how now do they not have stock. Delivery now planned for Thursday morning first thing. Again phoning on numerous occasions with feedback from Leroy. Staff avoiding the calls... I have in the interim arranged for labour over these 2 days - who will carry these costs?. Worst supplier ever!! Never again!!
