Extremely Poor Service From Leroy Merlin!

Placed an order online (was showing enough stock for delivery), then Leroy Merlin just went quiet. No feedback, nothing. The online tracker doesn't even work. Next thing after querying it for a few days, I'm told that there isn't any stock of the items I paid for and that I'll have to be patient and wait. THIS IS UTTER *******!

I have been querying my order since the 5th of this month - it's 22 days later now and I'm getting told lies all the time! They don't want to call me back, they dont want to give me my money back and they dont want to change my order.

This is utter NONSENSE! I've been promised delivery on a number of times (the latest being yesterday) and IT STILL NEVER HAPPENED! I'm very annoyed by the poor service I've received from Leroy Merlin.

I placed an order on the 5th of this month and to-date it has not been delivered. The feedback I have been getting doesn't give me a sense of resolution. I cannot constantly get the same message that this query has been escalated to a manager or department and not get anything for the next week. This is very very annoying and please do not use the recent riots as an excuse as this order was placed well before the riots started. What is the way forward? I need a definitive answer! Very unhappy customer
