Extremely disappointed!

Extremely disappointed by the service we received. After enquiring if they had stock we got to the store and they had no stock. We then ordered and paid online. Initially they said 3 to 7 days for delivery. 7 days later still no delivery after we had to phone and complain. Promised we would have the product on Monday. Did not deliver on Monday. We phoned and complained again only to receive an email stating we have to wait another 3 to 5 working days! Totally unacceptable!
