Extremely bad service

Worst service ever, as a contractor I was left waiting for 5 days for materials to be delivered to site. Delivery went to the wrong address...shocking after a note was posted on invoice. Deliveries only came to site when it did after 5pm...site closes at 4:30 for deliveries. Called to make a queries on Sunday the 27th of September at 9:30 am was going to get a call back from a consultant, still waiting for that to happen, nobody seems to be accountable for anything that goes wrong, appologies from staff sometimes just doesn't make the problem go away. Never again will i shop at Leroy Merlin and i will certainly not encourage anybody else. Rather support the smaller guys better service.

Please attend to these and other complaints, this issues would be deterimental to the brand and the business.
