Extremely bad company with bad service

I ordered products online and I read on their website that delivery will take a maximum of 10 days .It has been past 10 days and they do not communicate anything about the delivery of their products ,I tried reaching out via email and customer service but they is no communication at all they just keep on telling me more lies . How very unprofessional of them ,I am never ordering from them again .At this point I’m opting for refund cos I’m tired of waiting .
